All of the first 10 from the series were shared by craftbeerdesign. Pours clear golden with white head. White wine and green grape skins dominate. Light fruitiness slightly akin to an oak aged tripe. Full mouth. Delicate and delicious, sweet and tart. A good mix up with the white wine on this one. Really dug.

April 20, 2013 - bottle via trade. Cloudy yellow orange pour with nice head that faded quickly. Aroma was bready / yeasty, sour, woody and light fruit. Taste was very sweet malt upfront with a nice woody undertone that lasted throughout. A mild sourness came about midway through and meshed well with the wood. The finish was very dry and had white wine characteristics as to be expected.

The flavor opens lightly tart, white grapes, green apple, lightly acidic with some lively carbonation. The finish is softer, woody and white grape. No real sign of the alcohol.
