(Critique chaotique du extreme beer fest 2013): Une touche balsamique, de tannins, présence fruitée acide, agréable corrosion du palais.

Sweet and very tart raspberry flavors. You can taste the Cabernet Sauvignon barrels it was aged in. Great sour.

Bottle @ a recent bottle share... Poured dark brown with a thin head. This was an awesome sour beer. Big dark, tannic wood and malts with lactic acid and yeast spices and funk. Dark fruits, tart berries, and a big vinous notes added an awesome complexity.

355mL thanks to Travlr at Churchkey! Pours a clear, flat, amber red. Yellowish bubbles. Acetic, funky, seedy raspberry nose, red wine vinegar, saltwater, buttery oak. Taste is ultra citric, ultra phlegmy lactic, seedy berries, clean, refreshing lime juice. Spicy, mega lime, and salt in the finish. I love oud bruin.

Kick-ass, smack-in-the-face sour. Pours translucent brown with white head and heavy lacing. Smell is very funky, slighty fruity. It’s very tart up front, a real puckering beast that hits hard. You then get some of the berries, a little bit of sweetness, and a bone-dry finish.
