Bottle @ home. Rosé colored beer with a thin white head. Nice peach, berry, and lemon zest on the nose. A bit of oak and musty wine. Nice oak, too. The flavor is pleasantly tangy. Good stone fruit, musty grape, red grape skin, and slight pepper. Maybe a hint of chalk, lemon zest, and sour stone fruits. Nice stuff.

Tasted on 11/16/13 from a capped 12oz bottle at our Avery Barrel-Aged tasting. Pours clear bright auburn with some thin off-white lace. The nose is quite funky, some light sourness, very vinous and plenty of oak. The flavor is really dominated by Cabernet Franc with a lot of funk, and nice sourness. The body is full, very tannic, with average carbonation and a long Cab Franc and funky finish.

Bottle courtesy of BeerandBlues2, many thanks!!! Beautiful bright reddish amber color, thin off white edge head. Huge funky aroma with dusty cobwebs, attic corners, overripe white grapes. Taste is funky white wine, summer fruit. Fantastic.

12 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber orange with a tiny, quickly vanishing head. Nose is very funky, full of wild yeasts, grape must, red wine, and oaky. Flavour is extremely complex, with brett funk, red wine, and loads of zesty grape must. Very dry, moderately funky and very oaky and vinous. Finishes a little citric and vinegary, with medium sharp sourness. Great beer, just perhaps a bit too acetic on the finish.

12oz bottle, thanks Aaron! Pours a pinkish-amber color with a think white head that quickly fades. Aroma is oaky, a little bread, some funk. Medium on the palate with light, soft carbonation. Flavor is tart, dry, red wine, some oak, some yeasty funk, a little nutty, with a light, tart, red wine finish. Nice.

Bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a clear orange pink with small off white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is grape, wine, oak. Thin mouthfeel with strong wine flavor and grape with light sour finish. Wow really impressive.

12oz bottle, shared by somebody after Jackie-O’s 8th Anniversary. Clear orange color. Thin off-white head. Couple loose dots of lace. Bigger body. Lightly slick, Lightly soft, lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Good moderate tart sour taste. Light caramel malt, sour raspberry puree, light spiciness. Fantastic overall. Very tasty and enjoyable.
