12oz bottle, thanks Aaron! Pours a pinkish-amber color with a think white head that quickly fades. Aroma is oaky, a little bread, some funk. Medium on the palate with light, soft carbonation. Flavor is tart, dry, red wine, some oak, some yeasty funk, a little nutty, with a light, tart, red wine finish. Nice.

Bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a clear orange pink with small off white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is grape, wine, oak. Thin mouthfeel with strong wine flavor and grape with light sour finish. Wow really impressive.

12oz bottle, shared by somebody after Jackie-O’s 8th Anniversary. Clear orange color. Thin off-white head. Couple loose dots of lace. Bigger body. Lightly slick, Lightly soft, lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Good moderate tart sour taste. Light caramel malt, sour raspberry puree, light spiciness. Fantastic overall. Very tasty and enjoyable.

12 ounce bottle shared. Pours a bright orange with a white head of foam. Aroma has notes of wine barrel, oak, grapes, and some acidity coming through. Taste is a more dry sour. Fizzy. Medium bodied.

From a trade with toomanybeers-thanks, man! Pretty orange red, light carbonation with no head or lacing. Nice nose of lemon zest, lacto funk, light cheese, red wine. Fruity, cranberry like tartness with light lemony bite at the end. Moderately sour and delicious. ABV well hidden. Not their most complex, but tasty.

Taster poured out of a bottle off of the Captain’s private list at Avery taproom for GABF. Smells only like wine. Pours a very clear red color. Head dissipated immediately. Some fruitiness. This doesn’t even taste like beer.

Bottle from Ratman. Pours clear ruby/purple with a small, fizzy, nearly effervescent off-white to pink head, short retention with spare to no lacing. Aroma is vinous, grapes, light oak, spicy and earthy hops, background meal and grain malt, lactic and acetic acid. Flavor is tart grapes and berries, a vinous character, light oak, light malt, hops, and bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body, light carbonation.

12 oz. bottle from my man Cary. Pours a reddish orange with a pinkish head. Aroma of tart, funky grapes, light vinegar and earth. Apparent oak barrel, with tannic wine notes. Flavor is tart, opening to more sour notes. Touches of wood and tannic bitterness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, finishes tart and fruity. Awesome.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, thanks Stephen! Hazy orange-red with thin white head, aroma brought big white wine, grapes, hints of oak, vinegar, slight lactic notes, touch of earth, spice, some peach and pear notes as well with a little bit of green apple, some slight caramel as well. Taste is a mix of green grapes and apples, slight vinegar, oak, spice notes mix into slight vanilla, caramel notes, touch of sweet fruits finishing slightly boozy but not bad, touch of bitterness and fairly sour. Pretty tasty.
