shimmering gold, thin white head. Peach and lemon nose, light cigarette, filmy and foamy. Very citric nose, grapefruit sourness and peach sweetness in good balance through thin, sour, sparkling finish.

Comes together well. Finishes with medium to high sourness, a little mouth puckering. Golden pour with ok head and lacing. Citrus and plum, I guess prickly pear though I donít have a good idea of what that tastes like. Bottle thanks to Iphonephan at Epic Sour Tasting.

Pretty, pinkish gold. Very clear. Delicate floral nose with light oak and green quality to it. Tart, very clean with long finish of strawberries, ripe, dry pear, and presumably the prickly pear. Very complex-one of the more interesting sours from Avery in recent memory.

Bottle shared at DC Annual Epic Sour Tasting, thanks Iphonephan! Golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of tequila, light funky cheese, pears. Tastes of tequila, pears, citrus, tart notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Interesting.

From a bottle shared at the DC Epic Sour Beer Tasting. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Tart apple nose. Flavors of oak and a touch of tequila and lime. Tart finish.

12 oz bottle. Thanks to Iphonephan. Aroma is some funky fruit notes, sweet barrel character. Flavor is much better - funky, tart fruits. Pleasant.

12 oz. bottle, thanks to iPhonePhan! Hazy peach colored pour. Big pear and apple, definite tequila kick. Nice to see Avery go back to something not quite as boozy. I like it, donít love it.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear copper with no head. The aroma is sweet with some dill pickle notes. Do prickly pears taste like pickles? Sour funky taste. Medium carbonation.

Bottle at Euclid Hall. Pours a clear orange gold with no head. The aroma is a strong prickly pear, lime, and oak. Thin mouthfeel with nice sour pear and lime juice with nice tart finish. Really enjoyed this one.

Light and tart. Pear, peaches, and funky nose. Slightly sweet with hints of tequila and oak with a rich vibrant fruitiness with well rounded tart. Balanced on the end. Really nicely done.
