Poured from bottle to glass. Aroma is lactic, fruity Brett, sugar, acetic, papaya. Mouthfeel is nice with a medium blight body and high carbonation. Taste is tart sourness throughout with a watermelon finish. Overall this is great sour brew and tastes exactly like a watermelon jolly rancher :-)

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Sour pear aroma with notes of tequila and oak. Pours a bright pinkish copper color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly with no lacing. Slick, bubbly mouthfeel with sweet peachy flavor followed closely with tart pear. Dry, tart finish with hints of tequila with the tartness melding on the palate well after sip is done. Good, lively sour with excellent balance of flavor.

shimmering gold, thin white head. Peach and lemon nose, light cigarette, filmy and foamy. Very citric nose, grapefruit sourness and peach sweetness in good balance through thin, sour, sparkling finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Comes together well. Finishes with medium to high sourness, a little mouth puckering. Golden pour with ok head and lacing. Citrus and plum, I guess prickly pear though I don’t have a good idea of what that tastes like. Bottle thanks to Iphonephan at Epic Sour Tasting.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pretty, pinkish gold. Very clear. Delicate floral nose with light oak and green quality to it. Tart, very clean with long finish of strawberries, ripe, dry pear, and presumably the prickly pear. Very complex-one of the more interesting sours from Avery in recent memory.

12 oz. bottle, thanks to iPhonePhan! Hazy peach colored pour. Big pear and apple, definite tequila kick. Nice to see Avery go back to something not quite as boozy. I like it, don’t love it.
