An artful and massively acidic blend of two major projects and further enhanced with several orphan barrels from the corners of our barrel aging cellar. All ale involved was barrel aged for a minimum of 8 months and a maximum of 24 months.

Bottle orginally sent by wchesser. Shared with jrob21. Acidic cherries and pit wine grapes, oak. Fairly big sourness and showed no signs of age. Really nice.

12oz shared by westmeister. Little bit of grape and wine aroma. Flavor is nicely sweet with some cherry and grape. Good blend of flavors and aromas. Nice tartness to round things out a bit.

Bottle, thanks to Aaron. Pour is light hazy brown with a frothy head. Nose has a lot of barrel character, vanilla, red berries and light funk. Taste is smooth, vanilla, oaky notes, caramel, tannins, cranberries with a hint of peat. Super delicious!

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2015 12 oz. bottle, pours a dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is very complex, with red wine barrels, various wild bacteria, some wood, balsamic and prominent acidity. Flavour matches, with loads of complexity from the various wood, including red wine barrels and oak in general, wild yeast, and medium acidity that is well-suited. Very dynamic and cohesive. Masterful blend here; however, the acidity starts to irritate the throat after a while. Still, excellent very slow sipper.
