Re-named BA Meph Addict.
Our very own Parker, of the cartoon and cat loving variety, created this cult classic character back in our 17th season. Appearing in several episodes under another stage name that was deemed inappropriate, our executive producers and editors decided that a name change and further character development—a 4-month Hiatus in bourbon barrels—were necessary to satisfy our most ardent and demanding viewers.

Svart med ett gult skum. Rejält söt, väl dold alkohol. Torkad frukt och bourbon. Blir lite för tung ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Black color with a small tan head that has fair retention. Thge aroma is strong with coffee, mocha, chocolate, whiskey and licorice. The taste follows the nose with more coffee, dark chocolate, whiskey and cocoa. The palate is full and viscous. The finish is long with lingering booze. Overall: Top shelf stuff. I keep trying to avoid giving high ratings to big impy stouts, but damn, some are just to good to rate any other way. And, this is one of those.

My man Vestergaard is tha baws!! Pour jet black with a small light khaki head. Aroma has plenty of bourbon, wood, slight vanilla, cold brewed coffee, slight roasted malts, slight licorice, some toffee, salted caramel, slight tobacco. Very well balanced, and the coffee and bourbon both adds some beautiful things to the beer. Taste is rather sweet, not cloying, with a faint ashy bitter touch. Medium bodied, with a flat, and yet pricking carbonation. I like this, thanks a bunch Niller

Bottle courtesy of Ang’, (cheers Ang’) shared with Ang’ and Chris O, at Brewery Tap, Friday 21st October 2016 Wow this is a big ol’ beast of a beer. Very thick mouthfeel, hugely boozy, bourbon, the coffee has been beaten into submission by the bourbon. Chocolate is here, coffee barely noticeable, the bourbon wins. A8 A4 T9 P5 Ov17 4.3

Bottle. Pours opaque black with a thin tan head. Aroma of bourbon, coffee and chocolate. Flavor was silky smooth with roasted coffee, chocolate, oaky bourbon and had notes of vanilla. Creamy texture, full bodied, low carbonation.

Very dark brown/black with brown head. Fantastic vanilla almost candy like aroma with just a faint hint of roasted malt. The alcohol is there but in the background. The taste is great as well. Lots of sweetness up but lots of bitterness balances out. Very oily palate. My friend says "summer rain on fresh new asphalt". I don’t disagree but in a very good way.

$13 bottle (12oz), gulp, pours with a deep dark body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up oily dark roasted coffee, some earthy coffee and then malt sweetened dark roasted to burnt malts into the end of the draw. The taste is smooth and sweet and rich. I get sweetened oily dark roasted coffee blended with sweet malts and some thin sweet yet growing molasses notes. Toward midway it picks up dark roasted to sweetened burnt malts and chocolate. The massive ABV is very well hidden. Terrific sipper.

Black colour, tan head. Aroma of booze, loads of coffee, caramel and chocolate. Alcoholic flavour, coffee, booze and vanilla. Finish vanilla, bourbon, caramel and alcohol. Quite boozy but nice!

Bottle:   Pitch black, moderate to large foamy dark beige head, spotty lacing.   Big coffee and bourbon nose, but strong alcohol, seems a litle astringent.   Warming, chalky, strong coffee, strong bourbon... almost moreso alcohol as the bourbon notes are hidden behind the strength of the alcohol.   Fairly astringent and young... its a bit difficult to finish even this 12oz bottle. &nsp Brash is a good word I would use to describe this one.   Fairly full bodied, seems fairly thick.   Yeah, a bruiser alright.   Sweet finish, strong coffee, even stronger alcohol, with a bourbon presense thats difficult to pick out because of the strong alcohol.   This one needs to mellow out, but I don’t know that it will get any better over time.   Strong and brash... yeah...

Syrupy pour. Big green coffee beans on the nose. Tons of vanilla, pepper, dark chocolate. Very sweet beer. Enjoyable but the original is still king.
