Pale golden-amber pour. The nose is lightly bretty with a kiss of floral/minerally character. Soft oakiness and a fairly sweet/spicy bourbon character. Slight fruitiness with a little bit of pineapple tartness. The bourbon is definitely there on the back, but the bretty character and the tartness really cut through the sweetness that is typical of the base beer. A little bit of light Belgian malt character towards the finish. Cedery with a bit of lingering bourbon on the finish. Pretty solid.

A foggy red/brown color invites a sour and bitter flavor into your mouth. It has the distinctive collaboration flavor with an edge of burbon that lingers from beginning to end.

Draught at brewery. Clear golden amber with small white head. Aroma of apple sauce, pear, light bourbon; almost smells like a red wine. Taste is sweet fruit initially with wild sour back-taste that makes you salivate.
