| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Sep 29, 2009 On tap @ Avery. Aroma is light floral hops , the barnyard brett and a much more subdued peach/jasmine character than the normal 16 (the overwhelming synthetic peach aroma was my real beef with the normal version). Flavor is the same, wonderful carbonation and a great balance between the sour funky brett and the floral crisp hops and light spiciness. Eminently quaffable, Wonderful beer. Wish they’d have released this as the ’Main’ 16. BeerandBlues2 (3237), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

Medium bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a sour finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and sourness. ratman197 (3273), Arvada, Colorado, USA
