3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nose of toasted coconut and sweet caramel malt. Toasted coconut macaroon flavor on a standard brown base beer. Nice and well done. Better than Maui Coconut Porter, I think.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Good unique beer from Avery. Deep copper color, faint aroma of toasted coconut and dark malts. Tastes toward the malty side, subtle, but pleasing coconut addition. Finishes clean.
