Bottle shared at DSG’s 5555th rating tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Bronze with floaties and white film. Ripe fruit, then diluted date honey aroma, sweet and fruity taste. Full body, soft carbonation, long, sweet finish. Tasty.

Pours a nice looking amber-golden with a perfectly sized dark, eggshell colored head. Unfortunately, just no retention. Creamy caramel with orange peel nose. Smooth, wet texture. Caramel, mild apple, and just a fudge of Belgian spice. Nice Belgian.

From a bottle. Pours hazy copper with lots of particles floating around and a fizzy off white head. Tastes like malt, nutty, pine. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet roasted malt, very nutty, light pine and fruit.

Bottle. Pours mostly clear copper with creamy white head. Aroma is bready and cereal malts, Belgian yeast esters, faint tropical fruit, light toast, and faint berries. Flavor is chewy, bready malt profile, berry esters, Belgian yeast esters, light floral hops, and faint tropical fruit esters; semisweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Bomber from Batch #7. Brewing in February 2014. Complex, rich malt of barley field. Sweet grain and faint dark fruit. Slight alcohol nose perceptible. Pours a hazy, copper with bright white head. Head leaves slight webbing and collars -- collar is spectacularly full. Trub from pour present as small particulates. Taste is rich, sweet malt. Moderate floral and earth hops. Viscous, silky mouthcovering envelopes the tongue. Finishes very sweet and slightly bitter.

Extremely high hopes when I saw there two breweries came together and even higher hopes after hearing the story behind this beer.....taste or me liking this beer didn’t pan out!

Bomber, batch #7 bottled February 2014. Nice aroma of Belgian and caramel malt with notes of banana and clove. Pours a dark caramel colors with a thin off-white head and good lacing. Starts with a lot of caramel and Belgian candy maltiness. Finishes smooth with a bit of banana and clove with the candy sweetness sticking to the palate. Excellent Belgian collaboration.
