Falling Rock back in October of 08. Golden pour with small white head. Nose of coriander, oranges, floral and hops. Flavor is sweet citrus and malts.

clouded up yellowish orange with a decent white head.smells of light alcohol,,and yeasty sweet dough. lots of sweetness in the flavor, but shockingly drinkable, this is going to get me in troubble if it is as high of abv as i think. some citrus hop works well with this sugar dominance. yes, i’ll have another, thanks for asking.

(Draught) Pours a hazy golden body with a small off-white head. Aroma of coriander, orange peel, caramel, florals, and pine. Flavor of hops (floral, light citrus), tea leaves, light soap, and caramel malt.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2008 Draught at Falling Rock Taphouse. Clear red/brown - white head. Clean malty, malty sweetness, caramel, white bread, syrup, grape fruity, pine, light alcoholic, berries, sweetness, white sugar, nice hoppy. Hoppy finish.

Draught. Low white and quickly disappearing fluffy head. Pitch black head. Fruity berries sweet grapefruit flavor with low carbonation and a long aftertaste.

Clear orange coloured with a medium white head.
Hoppy aroma of caramel, pine needles and grape fruits.
Fruity flavour of caramel, hops, pine needles and grape fruits.
Dry hoppy finish.

Sampled at ’08 BSAF. Beer is cloudy, medium golden brown with a small, white, frothy, mostly and quickly diminishing head.<P>The aroma is malty with moderate notes of caramel, toasted grain, cookie, brown sugar; Hoppy with a trace of alfalfa; Miscellaneous notes start with a flickering trace of anise, lasting notes of light alcohol and generic tropical fruit.<P>The flavor is lightly acidic, moderately sweet with a long, warm, light/moderately sweet, trace bitter, slightly husky/dusy finish.<P>The body is medium, the texture is watery/velvety and the carbonation is light/moderate.
