Tap at Falling Rock. Pours clear golden amber with rising fizzy white head. Aroma is toasted and caramel malts, intense floral hops, light grass, light herbs, and some pear. Flavor is fresh hops forward with some toasted malts, light caramel sweetness, and grapefruit esters; dry finish with lingering hop bitterness. Medium body and low carbonation.

Draft at Falling Rock. Pours almost clear copper with a creamy, fizzy white off white head. Tastes like dry pine and hops, creamy nuttiness. Light body and low carbonation. Smells musky, hoppy, creamy, and nutty.

Herbal, floral, fruity, and light caramel malt aroma and flavor. A little alcohol in the aroma. Nice tropical fruit and mildly sweet finish/aftertaste. Tongue-numbing hops.

Pours copper in color with a thick white head. It smells exactly like canned pineapples. I got nothing else, canned pineapples is all I’m getting and it smells amazing. The taste is sort of sweet/bitter, big citrus grapefruit hops. sticky sweet malts. Very good IPA.

Bomber. I can’t believe I’ve never rated this! Aroma is caramel, Pixie Stix, vegetal, :( grapefruit. Pours dang near clear orange with a nice off-white head with great retention and lace. Taste is too vegetal, very bitter. Creamy mouthfeel, near full body. This must be either old or it’s just not my thing.

Light gold color with medium fluffy white head that diminishes quickly leaving nice messy lacing. Flavor has great citrus and piney hops. Flavor is super bitter, resiny, sticky and sweet with a nice light malt finish. Really good overall.

Yet another delicious imperial IPA from Avery. Compares favorably to Maharaja. It is a slightly cloudy golden peach color with a sticky, lacy head. The aroma is a combo of buttery malt and a creamsicle. The flavor surprised me with all kinds of nice notes. Popcorn, figs, bread, and strong, aggressive hops. Lots of pine and floral quality. I loved this beer.
