Pours golden with filmy white head that leaves nice lacing. Aromas are quite dank with hints of sweetness. Flavors are dank and hoppy but incredibly smooth... Oh... This is really good

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from 1.6 pf bottle a hazy golden with white head and lacing. Aroma of pine and light citrus, floral. Taste of pine resins and pineapple. Sliky mouthfeel. I liked the lightness of this IPA very much, it was not a citrus bomb at all. One of the better IPA’s I have had In awhile.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Gourmet Haus. Pine, dank and resins dominate nose. Clear golden-orange with full white head that patterns down nicely. Taste is predominately pine, woods and resins. Slight citrus and moderate low tropical fruit in the background. High bitterness combined with the resins overpower the beer into an unbalanced fight.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 10/9/2014. Pours fairly crystal clear golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, floral, grass, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/pine hops and moderate malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, floral, grass, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon/orange zest, pine, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity and balance of juicy citrus/pine hops and moderate malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, fairly sticky, and lightly creamy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellence DIPA style. All around great balance and complexity of bright citrus/pine hops and moderate malt sweetness; and very smooth and fairly crisp to drink for the big ABV. A very enjoyable offering.
