Bottle 22fl.oz.
Light light unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange, citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100314]

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of grapefruit and other citrus fruits, as well as hops, and medium notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of grapefruit, orangepeal, hops, and grass as well as meium notes of caramel and malt, leading to a very bitter finish.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of SecretSanta himself. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Extremely citrusy hop aroma. Solid body, very fruity with an amazing peachy and citrusy hop presence. Solid hop bitterness. 140310

22 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and pinewood hops. Dry peachy and mild fruity hops flavoured. Dry bitter and yet sweet fruity impression into the far finish.

Bottled. Orangeish amber colour with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma is a lot of fruits, some spruce, mild resiny notes as well as some balancing maltyness. Flavour is quite similar along with some rather earthy and grassy bitterness. Fruity and grassy in the finish.

Bottled. Cloudy amber, rich head. Strong peach grapefruit aroma. Sweet and soft, near full bodied. Lots of citric hops, caramelly malt underneath. Growing full blown bitterness. A powerful but not overly aggressive DIPA.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white ehad. Sweet and fruity aroma of hops, grass and grape fruits. Sweet and fruity flavour of hops, grass and grape fruits. Dry hoppy finish.

Draught. Clear copper colour. Very small white head. Good caramelly flavour. Very clean bitterness. Good piney hoppiness. Very well-balanced.

Overall: mellower in the bottle than on draft, less alcohol in the flavor but it comes through stronger initially in the aroma

Hazy amber color; medium sized creamy head. Nice fruity hop aroma: citrus fruits, with a complement of resins, and apricots, sweet and jammy. Strong body, with sweet toffee flavor; powerful hopping, with a pleasant mix of soft resins and fruits. The finish becomes more bitter.
Quite elegant. A straight and sweet Double IPA, it suits well my taste, but there is no surprise in this beer.
