Smells of hops, malts, and funk.
Tastes of pure bliss, malts, moasis, funky-freshness.
Felt a bit flat on the tongue, but otherwsie solid.
I want to drink more and more of this. I believe this has just become my preferred Brown Ale (unless I find something even more amazing).

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 27, 2009 pours crystal dark brown with a 2 finger head that fades very fast but leaves notches all down the glass. not much nose on this one but some faint grassy hops. upfront with the bitter hops then moves to sweet roasted malts. mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. if you enjoy a nice sessionable brown this is a great full flavored beer. i could put down several anytime of year Sparky27 (1595), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
