Apr 15, 2009 Nice nutty/caramel aroma. Flavor has notes of roasted malt, caramel, biscuit and a very faint hint of vanilla. Good body and a smooth finish.

Apr 14, 2009 clear dark cola brown colored pour with a nearly white head.
coffee nuttiness is first noticed in the sniffer... it’s followed by earthy dryness, wood, cocoa butter and malt.
the flavor is quite coffee filled with notes of chocolate, toasty malt, toffee, vanilla and a faint bitterness with a dry earthy finish. chocolate and coffee stick around in the aftertaste.
medium body is terribly easy to drink! 7/3/7/3/15/3.5

Apr 12, 2009 Updated: Jun 4, 2009Bottle. Pours a clear dark reddish brown with a decent fizzy off-white head. Smells like roasty, nutty cereal with a little vanilla. Tastes the same. A little creamy but a little thin.

Mar 29, 2009 33 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA. Light cola colour, nutty/malt aroma. Very smooth, almost creamy taste, not overly hopped, with a velvety, subdued warm finish. Very nice.

Mar 15, 2009 12 oz bottle courtesy of the Binnys singles rack (orland park, Il). Pours a nice dark brown, only light haze largely transparent with decent brownish head that is sticking around and lacing. Aromas are a good touch of brown sugar and chocolate with slight tobacco and nuttiness. Initial is lighter medium bodied, moving to a nice creamy sweetness, with chocolate, nuttiness, light brown sugar, and nice bitterness that balances. Nothing special, sessionable, a little thin, a little lifeless. Decent, but with fresh Pullman available all the time, what would the point be?
