Tessic (383), Brantford, Ontario, Canada Jul 9, 2008 This brown ale poured a deep brown colour with a nice creamy tan coloured head. To the nose there is scents of ripe fruit, raisins, brown sugar and a little coffee? First taste was smooth and a little undercarbonated. Roasted flavour with additional molassass and brown sugar flavours. Finish is thick feeling and a little sweet. Palate is roasty and nutty.
