Pour on tap at Avery at the release of Czar Bucks, was really excited to see that this was supposed to be a white fruit (peach, apricot) type sour instead of all their others which are wine and dark grape based. Pour was hazy yellow-orange with white head, aroma brought nice notes of tart peach and apricot, some slight pear and white grape notes mixed into the tart lemony acid and slight funky-ness in there as well. Taste was not quite as complex as the aroma but had nice peach sour notes mixing into lemony lactic acid, hints of vanilla and oak brought in the funky, dry and tart finish. Enjoyed this one a lot, hope they more like this!

Tap @ brewery. Very cloudy, ruby orange appearance with a fluffy white head. Very tangy sour peach, tangerine, bitter orange, mango, slightly funky, tropical fruity aroma. Moderately sour peach, mango, pineapple, orange, tropical, somewhat tart, mild bretty, somewhat funky flavor with a tart, tropical fruity finish. Very easy drinking and not nearly as sour as Eremita I.
