Has an initial aroma of fruit, presumably the fig, followed up with an odd aroma. Figure its probably the "wet blanket" aroma associated with the brettanomyces.
Has a very fruity flavor with some hints of green olive which strengthens in the end. Not much malt or hop flavor seemed to come through for me. Has a good level of carbonation. Doesn’t seem to have much head retention. Pours very hazy copper.

Draft at C AH. Pours an opaque golden tan color with little head and lacing. Nose is funky and fruity with yeasty ketones. First sip is nice pale malty flavors with yeast spicyness. finish is slightly brettish with nice lingering tones.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Fruity pineapple aroma with hints of spices and brett. Fruity flavor with spices. Hints of brett and some hops.

22oz in a giant frosty mug - pours golden caramel with moderate amount of white foam and noticeable lacing. Nose is spicy and fruity. Aroma is yeast, simple malts, pepper and fruit. Taste is sweet to the lips and finishes neutral (hence some hops). Body is medium and texture is thin and slick. This is probably the lightest Belgian Ale I’ve ever had. I could do without the pepper.

(*2008/3 ans): Rien d’exceptionnel ni de repoussant à propos de la 15e, juste une bien balancé farmhouse ale. Le Brett est aussi présent au nez qu’en bouche, légèrement poivré et sec en finale mais sinon rien de bien révolutionnaire. Agréable sans plus.

Bouteille. Couleur jaune claire. Fin col. Odeur de figues et de brett. Goût de petits fruits, de figues avec une belle touche acidulée. Finale légèrement acre. Elle tient toujours la route!

been saving this one for a while. brett and barnyard aroma all the way, yeah!
golden, hazy with little bits and pieces floating around. high carbonation when opened up leading to a thick pillow of head that did dissipate but only to the point of a thick blanket of white.
very tart and bretty taste. thinner body than what I had expected. i am mainly getting spice and funk in the flavor, no sour. different than what i had expected from the aroma.
thin, sticky, oily feel on the palate. it’s like the body dissolves in my mouth shortly after tasting. brett bitterness sticks around for a bit, though.
although i do enjoy it, it is not what i was expecting as far as flavor goes. it has been 3.5 years the since bottling date and this is the first bottle i have tasted, so i personally cannot compare fresh and aged (damn!).. but i must say the aroma rocks and is my favorite aspect of this beer by far.

On tap at flying saucers eleventeen party. Pours a clear orange amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of fruit with some tropical notes and some sweet grains. Flavor begins with breads and grains but finishes with light and tropical fruits. A bit sweet with a good yeast backbone.

Pours a golden color with a huge amount of white head. Has a brett and sour nose to it. Taste is light funk, belgian yeast, some light fruit in there as well. I was hoping it would be more sour but wasn’t really sour at all.
