COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For 14 wonderful years, we have been creating libations for ourselves in the hope that some others out there would share our eccentric palates and support us. Many thanks to all of you who do! Here is yet another quirky brew: a very dark and different, dry-hopped ale. Style? hard to say, you decide. Just expect massive molasses maltiness, limitless fruits on the nose and an imposing floral & zesty dry-hop finish. Peace to all and follow your dreams!

Bottle pours black with a slight amount of light passing through. Has a thin off white head. Aromas are malty with a slight hop aroma. Mouthfeel is is medium with a stinging sensation from the carbonation. Taste is mainly malt upfront with a slight hop presence on the finish. Overall this is not a bad brew. I had the chance to try one fresh about a year ago and it had a lot more hop aroma to it and hop flavor. Its aged somewhat well over the past year. I rate it on the merits of the two I’ve tried. Overall this is a fine brew. It was better fresh.

Pours dark dark brown with large frothy head. Aroma is loaded with dark fruit- raisin, caramel, and molasses with a dash of hops. Flavor is somewhat bitter in both ibus and from the malt character. Roasty with a bit of alcohol. Palate is medium- nice but could be a little more full.

Pours a very pretty, very dark ruby with a really nice creamy head. Leaves some awesome lacing. Cast iron and dark fruits in the aroma, with maybe a little bit spicy/citrus hop aroma supporting. The flavor is quite nice - Dark herbal chocolate coupled with a bunch of dark fruit/syrupy/malty sweetness. The mouth-feel is creamy and smooth, and pairs excellently with the flavor. Very tasty beer.
