Pours hazy straw with a moderate white head. The head fades slowly to a thin remnant, leaving behind a moderate amount of lace. On the nose, it is quite sour with Brett, tart tropical fruits and grape. It also has a slightly spicy character and a hint of banana. The flavor is sour throughout, with an initial light bitterness and a touch of spiciness. It becomes more sour and slightly more bitter as it progresses. The finish is long and sour with slightly dry malt. On the palate, it is light-medium with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall, this is a nice sour, with a slightly spicy character. The finish is particularly nice and the malts are very well balanced.
