This dangerously drinkable garnet beauty is a hop lover’s delight. The intense dry-hop nose and the alcohol content are perfectly balanced for a caramel candy-like malt finish. This is a serious beer for serious beer afficionados and it only gets better with age. Cellarable for 3 years.

Draught at the Avery Brewing Co, Boulder, CO. Cloudy amberish golden color with a mid-size foamy off-white head. Deep hoppy aroma with moderate bitterness, caramel sweetness and darkish maltiness. Strong dark West Coast hops, strong bitterness, dryness and mild malt. Really strong bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a bright rich Amber. Room temp now. Nose is piney, dripping ripe peach, dark cherry, burnt caramel, high floral notes. Flavor starts floral and delicately fruity, mealy apples and bright flowers, sweet malt, balanced bitterness with ripe peach stonefruit. Linger carries on stickily but with a string lingering bitterness to rise up to it. Nothing out of the ordinary but VERY well-done.

Deep mahogany pour, fluffy white head that lasts throughout the entirety of the drinking experience. Leaves great lacing. Beautiful looking beer. Aroma is super piney, super astringent, really dank. Slight ETOH burn. Nice. Rich malty sweetness is e foundation, but the dank, bitter hops shine here. Thick, chewy mouthfeel. Really good.

Pours murky dark amber with a small ring of off white head. Big resiny dry hop aroma tos of caramel. The hops are spicy and provide a sharp prickly zing which cuts the immense malt level. Chewy like caramel candy laced with peppery hops.
