Top Tier IPA, nice hops, nice malt and sweetness to it to balance it pretty perfectly, had it out of a can which I think enhanced the experience

(bottle) A tue IPA in the classic style; hoppy, bitter citrus, amber and above average alcohol without being a cocktail. Nicely done.

Ok beer. This Aromatic IPA has a mild bitterness that ends even litter than it stars. One of the easier IPA to drink on all day at only 6.5%
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 daje (537) - NORWAY - JUL 11, 2011
Bottle at Øl og matfestivalen.
Dark orange color, thick white head.
Hoppy aroma with citrus notes and pine, taste of malt sugars and hops, mainly floral.
Nice bitterness, but overall I feel this beer has some way to go to be lined up with other american ipas
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 kumite56 (466) - Cordova, Tennessee, USA - JUL 10, 2011
This beer poors a nice clear amber color with a slight off white and rapidly diminishing head. Aroma is modes at best with hoppy notes of spruce. Light backbone but overall it seems to be well balanced. Palate is lighter than expected as well Taset is medium in its bitterness and with a ligt sweet malty base.
Not bad but give me a DFH 90 any day.

12oz bottle from ABC Liquors Wesley Chapel. Pours clear yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is grapefruit, citrus, and some mild apricot with a hint of honey and some floral hops. Flavor is similar with malt, grapefruit, a hint of orange, and a finish of a hint of malt with the bite of a white grapefruit. Nice, mellow IPA.
4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 AndyAvalanche (32) - Massachusetts, USA - JUL 6, 2011
Had it on tap about a year ago and really enjoyed it, but decided to review this one from the bottle. Poured into a standard pint glass, comes out a very light amber color. Has some decent clarity with a very slight haze. White head that went away fairly quickly, with a little lacing to the glass. Smell is very good, smell of hops, strong citrus, and a slight floral aroma as well. Taste is very good much like the smell, hops and citrus, mostly a grapefruit. Mouthfeel is good and clean with a slight bite from the citrus. Drinkability is good as well. A very solid IPA, I got it at a bar but would definitely get some for the house.

can... dark clear gold, nice off white head, great lacing... smells awesome, a bit of malt, citrus, dank, nice hop backbone, I can smell this all day, what more can you ask for... the taste is just ok, malty, hops are a bit stale, have a general body odor taste, hops don’t pop like I thought they would, good start but ended up a let down
