From a bottle pours a golden color. Hoppy taste that gets smoother as you go. Very delicious

Orange color with a nose of citrus and pine. Taste is same with a nice hop bite. Decent malt backbone that adds a little sweetness. Bitter finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can (12 oz). Slightly hazy golden/orange with a frothy off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is of caramel, pine, fruity notes and light alcohol. Taste is slightly to moderately sweet with caramel, pine, fruit, alcohol and light to moderate bitterness. Sticky. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Slightly oily. Drinkable, but a tad malty. Ok balance.

12 oz Bottle. Has a nice citrus, hoppy scent to it. Very light aroma to it. The taste has a good balance with a nice medium bitter finish to it. Not a great IPA but a pretty good one for me.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
FROM NOTES: July 6, ’13
Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass.
A: A sweaty, citrus hop aroma. Not much more.
A: Pours a murky yellowish color with a finger-width head that fades quickly leaves spotty lacing.
T: Distinct hoppiness with the back up of the citrus. Carries well, makes my tongue tingle and finishes with a dry, light bitterness.
P: Medium body and carbonation.
O: This beer reminds me more of an APA than an IPA. It’s very drinkable.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice floral aroma with an average head. Light golden color. One of the better IPAs because of a very good malt flavor that is not totally overwhelmed by hops, in other words, a better balance than most IPAs. Leaves a crisp aftertaste.

12oz can from Brewforia Meridian. Poured a nice amber color with single finger of off white head. This is my kind of IPA!! A little malty with a medium body. Lots of flavor in there, hops are not overpowering.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours very clear golden with low off-white head. Some lacing. Aroma is of malt, pine needles, caramel, fruits, citrus. Taste is of citrus, pine, needles, resin, bitterness, malt, alcohol. Palate: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Overall: Good IPA, but a tad too malty for me. Would need heavier aromatics. Surprisingly "harsh" for a 6.5% abv IPA. Still, it is good.

On tap at Avery. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is rich hop grassy pine needles. The flavour is strong bitter with a malt liqourice spicy resin palate.
