Pours clear deep gold, with a medium white head, good lacing. Aroma of pine, hay, grass and caramel. Medium bodied, velvety, and dry. A little apple flavor under strong bitter pine and citrus. Medium bitter, lasting aftertaste, with a hint of sweetness just after swallowing.

35,5 cl bottle @ O’Hara’s Freehouse. Rated on 24.02.2011
Aroma is rather hoppy with resin, exotic fruits and hints of biscuits. Flavour is sweetish with hops, exotic fruits and some caramel. Good, hoppy and refreshing IPA, but a bit too sweet for my taste.

Coppery gold with a thin white head, bottle pour. Nice nose of that citrus I like in a pale. Not a big IPA, but more of a session IPA. Reliable stand-by.

Pours a slightly hazy orange colour with a small white head on the edges. Aroma of tropical fruits and some orange. Flavour of strong, bitter and crispy American hops, grapefruit, orange, caramel and some grass too. Medium bodied with a dry and fruity finish. Pleasant IPA.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 Elwood (1965) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - APR 7, 2010
Serving: Draft at Fireworks.
Pours a hazy orange color with a sizeable foamy white head. The nose is potent and full of pineapple and citrus. A hop bomb for sure. The taste is full of pineapple, a little papaya, pine, and slight herbal notes. The malt contributes just a hint of cracker notes. The body is light to medium with a dry, crisp, and bitter finish. The finish is a touch acridic but okay. The carbonation is medium. Overall a very nice IPA with a great nose and great palate. Definitely worth a try.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 slitcher (261) - Freeport, Illinois, USA - MAR 16, 2010
Pours a cloudy gold with a medium head. Aroma of citrus, pine and some bready malt. Nice bitter taste up front with a solid malt backbone a dry finish. A very drinkable IPA...very well-balanced. This is actually one of the first IPAs I ever drank (about 15 years ago). Not as hoppy as I remember it from back then, but still a very solid brew.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 beerandIT (298) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - MAY 31, 2009
Pours beautiful golden amber with a small amount of head. Aroma is citrus and hops. Almost reminds me of a maharaja light, haha. Medium bodied. I get strong citrus and hops on the palate. Nice grapefruit in there. Nice mouth feel as well. Stays around for awhile with the grapefruit/citrus.

Pours a golden color with a medium-sized off-white head that leaves very little lacing. Good aromas of pine and citrus. Flavors of grapefruit along with toffee. Medium bodied with a bitter finish. This is just a solid IPA; nothing outrageous just classic in every way.
