Can. Bready malt aroma with notes of subtle floral and citrus hops. Pours pale golden colored with half a finger of white head with good retention and no lacing. Starts with smooth bready malt flavors with a touch of citrus. Finishes very smooth with light floral hopped flavor added in. Refreshing, well-balanced pils.

12 oz. can into a pilsner glass best by 09/17/2015 A: Pale almost greenish gold with a very fine haze. Busy carbonation that doesn’t make a lot of head, leaving a thin collar. Leaves nice lace though. S: Biscuit or baguette with a faint floral hop note. Smell is subtle but delicious. A grape note noticed after a little while. T: Bready taste with dry hop bitterness at almost the same time. Bitter finish. Not as biscuity as the nose. Quite good! M: Thin, crisp and refreshing. Good carbonation scrub. Very clean. O: I waited quite a while to try this and I’m not disappointed. Not overly bitter as the description implies, rather well balanced IMO. Nice pils and pretty hard to come by in NC, not to mention expensive at $10/6. Still worth a purchase.
