Take a style of beer that most take for granted, then put it on steroids. Thats what Im drinking right now. Pale golden color, full creamy white head, This beer tastes like outdoors smells. Fresh grasses, clean air, wild flowers, fresh hops. Light bodied, high drinkability. Clean, slightly hoppy finish.

Aroma is grains/malts and a hard to pinpoint spiciness. The flavor is malts, bread, grass and a dry and hoppy finish. Different as far as the spiciness goes in this style, pretty good.

Pours a pale yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma of pineapple and citrus as well as bready malts. Taste follows with a bitterness from the hops. Finishes a bit dry, easy to drink and refreshing on a hot day.

Aroma of lemon, coriander, vanilla and floral hops. Pours a very light golden yellow color with a medium sized foam at the top. Taste is fizzy lemon and a smoothly bitter hop aftertaste. Full bodied beer with a subtle bread/oat like malt underlining floral hop and lemon/coriander characteristics. Overall, This is a well done Pilsner with balanced flavors and pleasant drinkability. I’d give this an B+ rating.

12oz can courtesy of stumpyiliz. Cheers, Aaron! Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is light malt, some corn, and some lemony and grassy hops. Flavor is similar- light malt, some corn, grassy hops with bits of lemon. Light in body and great pils overall.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JorisPPattyn (6723) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAY 9, 2012
Arbitrary score 4/5 for Appearance, as nighttime conditions prevented correct assessment. Soft malts nose, bit metallic. Bitter, hoppy flavour, hops all about the place. Bitter flavour and texture are a bit remindful of bitter lemonsoda, without being watery. Spritzy, nearly fizzy, light body. Indeed, not your average Pilsner.

Pour out of 12 oz can, clear orange-yellow with fluffy white head, aroma has notes of lemon, biscuit, toffee, hints of bready and vanilla notes, touch of grain and cereal. Taste is a mix of biscuit, toffee, slight vanilla, grain and cereal, finishing fairly clean with a slight grass note.

Though Pilsner is not my favorite style, I liked Joe as a drinkable summer time beer. The appearance was a pale clear yellow. Starts with solid malt flavors with some breadiness. Strong hops and bitterness for pilsner. Real light body and mouthfeel. Okay with me.
