3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This beer looks and tastes like what you would expect from a Pilsener, it is nothing truly outstanding, but it does the style justice
Pours yellow with minimal head and no lacing. It has a husky/grassy taste to it and is a full-bodied beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz can from Tipsy’s into my Funkwerks glass. Gold, pale and clear with a bright white head. Aroma is floral hops, citrus fruits, light pine, bread and light malts. Similar flavor, mild bitterness and light sweetness. Light body with a smooth, crisp feel and average carbonation. Clean, lingering and refreshing finish.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours absolutely clear with a golden tinge and white head which doesn’t last very long, but does lace the glass. Aroma is very, very light touch of pine. Taste is light bittering, a bit of yeast, very slight sweetness. Definitely not a regular pils but the traits of an American premium. Light in all categories. Not much of a fan.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Gotta clean that palate from the previous (and shitty) beer. Pours a hazy light yellow with a thin white head that leaves really nice lacing patterns. Aroma is mostly made of hallertauer or some other noble hops. Some freshly cut hay and flowers. Taste is medium bitter and dry. Flavors of cereals and grass again. Body is light, carbonation medium. A good pils! (I need to drink more of these)

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can (12 oz). Cleear yellow with a medium persistent white head and some lacing. Aroma is of cereals, noble hops, light lemony notes, floral presence and grass. Taste is about the same with a light bitter finish. Light body. Good carbonation. Clean and crisp mouthfeel. Good refreshing hoppy pils. I would drink this on a regular basis.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft sampled at the brewpub. Pours light clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of light malt and hops. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation. Not a bad pilsner but unexciting.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Avery. Poured a light straw colour with a frothy tan head and lots of carbonation. The aroma is of malt yeast and a little hoppiness which is surprising for a pilsner. The flavour is medium bitter with a super smooth bitter liqourice hop palate with some nice bitterness in the finish. The Czechs could learn something from these guys!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear pale yellow with a lasting bubbly white head and good lacing. White grape and lemon aroma. Taste has some nice pale malt character with a hint of hop bite. Notes if lemon, peaches and wine. Quite a dry finish.
