COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We believe in Karma. We suspect most of you do, too. It truly is a global concept. Very simply put, "you get what you give." Inspired by this principle and the wonderful farmhouse and pale ales of Belgium, we've created Karma Ale, a decidedly fruity and estery ale, intricate in body and nose, all driven by a unique Belgian yeast strain. Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

Orange pour. Slightly musty and dry smell. Sweet and tart taste with banana and a touch, just a touch now of alcohol mind you. Nice finish. I like it, but it’s not your typical Belgian ale.

On tap at Papago Brewing in Scottsdale, AZ. It’s a bit hazy, a golden amber with some off-white head. The aroma is very clean, with just a bit of maltiness showing through. The taste is caramel and herbs, with a light sweetness that is clean and drinkable. Karma is lively, light but significant.

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of sweet malts, dark fruits, and yeast. Not very Belgian in the aroma. Flavor starts off with a slight hint of some citrus hops, dark fruits, toasted malts, and some spices and finishes with almost nothing. Overall this really wasn’t that great but perhaps that’s because I was expecting more from Avery.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thinnish head of good duration, over a clear golden (SRM 15) body....nose of lemon, light spice (clove, allspice), bit of bubblegum.....tastes of light citrus fruits, with light bitterness flowing through....mouth feel is light as is the carbonation. This is a pleasant summery ale.

bottled, nice medium amber pour with large light tan head, very faint aroma of malt with a light sweet fruit note, tastes crisp malt with light hops noted, no real fruit coming through, very light and nice residual sweetness, satisfying ale

Bottle Pours a cloudy golden amber with a very thin almost nonexistant white head. Has a nice spicy aroma. Also nice sweet malts. Has a nice sweet flavor. Blended well. A good mouthfeel and good carbination. Has a watery texture. A pretty good finish. A tasty beer but not the Belgian I was hoping for.

Poured yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma of spice. Some fruit and spice flavors. Small and lame.

This poured a caramel light brown color with a small off white head. Aroma was sweet and biscuty. Flavor was sweet, a bit bland, with caramel and biscut flavors. Reminded me much more of an ESB than a Belgian Ale.
