COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We believe in Karma. We suspect most of you do, too. It truly is a global concept. Very simply put, "you get what you give." Inspired by this principle and the wonderful farmhouse and pale ales of Belgium, we've created Karma Ale, a decidedly fruity and estery ale, intricate in body and nose, all driven by a unique Belgian yeast strain. Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

12oz. Bottle: Strange aroma. Smells of spices, Christmas cookies, rubber, and some other things I cannot identify. Poured amber in color with a small, dense, off-white head that diminished slowly. Clear. Sparkling. Flavor of malts, yeast, spices, and funk. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Gross malt and spice finish.

16 ounce sample on tap at the Graduate in Davis, CA. Fruity, strawberry-like estery aroma is present at first sniff. Some light, sweet, sticky caramel is also noted. Smells more like a fruit beer. Transparent copper body with a small, quickly dissipating off-white head. Lightly fruity yeastiness to start. Becomes sweet, chewy and malty in the middle. A little Belgian mustiness comes in late. Pretty boring and not overly dynamic.

phishpond417 (2089) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 13, 2008
Pours a cloudy copper body with a nice white head. Very light, bubbly fruit aromas in the head. Wonderfully smooth, a very sweet peach like taste in the beginning which quickly blends into wheat, wheat and more wheat. Finishes semi dry. Delicious!

Light bready malt backbone with slight hints of belgian earthy and fruit notes. A little spice, a little yeasty tartness - Plain but enjoyable.

Bottle. One-finger, off-white head that slowly diminishes. Amber body. The light aroma displays bread, lemon, orange. and a touch of spice. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. The sweetness stays intact through the finish with a moderately bitter aftertaste. Medium body, water texture. Lots of carbonation. OK is all.

Clear yellow color. Aroma is very floral with a faint caramel aspect as well. Flavor is faint yeast and some citrus flavors as well. Very weak malt profile and body.
