COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We believe in Karma. We suspect most of you do, too. It truly is a global concept. Very simply put, "you get what you give." Inspired by this principle and the wonderful farmhouse and pale ales of Belgium, we've created Karma Ale, a decidedly fruity and estery ale, intricate in body and nose, all driven by a unique Belgian yeast strain. Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

Pours a deep Gold, with a decent head. The nose has heavy malts, chocolate, brown sugar and nuts. The taste is where you get the style of a Belgian Ale. Belgian yeast and caramel malts right away. A little bitter on the finish, but this is a really well made beer! Not sure why is is rated so low?...

Great amber look with carbonation throughout. Not much aroma. Very clean aftertaste. Light fruity taste along with the malts. Not a strong taste but very pleasing none the less. Very bubbly taste like a Belgium.

Seriously dissapointed after the rave reviews from the folk at the Plaza. If you are going to drink Avery beer, stick with the Redpoint or the IPA. Oh ya, nice amber tones, with a fruity nose and flavor with a dull palate. Can you tell I didn’t like it?

The first time I had this beer, I was driving through a small mountain town called "pine", and I, as my future self, regrettfully ordered a bud light, and the bar tender said they did not have bud light on draft, but try this seasonal beer from Avery. He told me its light enough to not overwhelm you. He was right. By no way is this my favorite Avery brew, but it is what it is. An easy to drink, summer - session ale. If you are constantly trying to find amazing in everything you drink, you must be one of two things: extremely wealthy, or an idiot.

On the nose I get citrus, banana and some piney hops. Mouthfeel is creamy and smooth going down, very, very sessionable, which is a huge plus for this style to me. Taste matches the palate quite well, with emphasis on the fruity esters that I love in a belgian. Of course I’ve had better Belgians, but they didnt come in a six pack and I could only have one... Well done Avery.

Truly good beer for good people. Amber with a light head. Sweet bread and caramel on the nose. Medium bodied candied malt flavor with caramel and lightly hopped for balance. I love this with a three cheese tomato pizza.

Nice perfumy nose with lemon and hints of dough. Pours a crystal orange. Tastes sweet with a soft carbonation. After smelling it, I was expecting a lot more. Decent beer, but it doesn’t do it for me.

This ale pours a nice medium amber color with a slightly foamy head. Not much of an aroma but a pleasant mild hoppy flavor with a hint of malt. Somewhat of a tart lemony after taste. Not bad, basically what I expected.

From tap into a tulip at Euclid Hall (seasonal) A: Deep copper with brown hues. Perfect sticky white head and great lacing. S: Hints of Belgian yeast, light caramel, biscuity nose, and some minor spice. T: light nuttiness, touch of yeast, low hops, balanced malts. Just a little bit of tannin like pull on the palate. M: medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finish falls short. D: An okay beer overall. Doesn’t portray Belgium IPA’s very well nor American stylistic impression either. Easy drinking but lacks the yeast profile to really sink in as a great beer. Not bad but not great.
