COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We believe in Karma. We suspect most of you do, too. It truly is a global concept. Very simply put, "you get what you give." Inspired by this principle and the wonderful farmhouse and pale ales of Belgium, we've created Karma Ale, a decidedly fruity and estery ale, intricate in body and nose, all driven by a unique Belgian yeast strain. Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

Bottled. Dark amber, brief head. Aroma of caramel. mango and almonds. Sweetish with clean, hard mouthfeel and somewhat thin body. Strong cardboard flavour, like in an overly aged, severely oxidized beer - then nothing. After the aroma this beer offers nothing but a downhill slope towards a metallic finish.

Taster @ Chuck’s. Very uninteresting and decidedly untasty belgian. This is probably the first Avery beer I actually didn’t like. Incredibly bitter and weird.

Pours a deep Gold, with a decent head. The nose has heavy malts, chocolate, brown sugar and nuts. The taste is where you get the style of a Belgian Ale. Belgian yeast and caramel malts right away. A little bitter on the finish, but this is a really well made beer! Not sure why is is rated so low?...

Average Belgian-style pale. Weak palate, low ester, not hoppy enough. Bland. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Oak St. Draft House. Pours dark copper with a white head. Fruity malty aroma. Taste is yeasty with brown sugar sweetness and some spice. Lasting aftertaste that’s a little like molasses.

330 ml bottle. Copper and crystal clear colour. Light Belgian yeast character. Fruity malty aromas with a spicy note. Dusty notes. Not particularly complex, but an easy drinking pale ale.

I got this as part of a M&M 6pk at Everett’s in South Beloit, IL for $9.99 in Early 2012. Pours a golden amber color with a bubbly off white head. Not much of a scent other then some hints of grains as nothing stands out. Texture is smooth and creamy. Wheats and sweet citrus tickle your taste buds. Some hints of coriander and banana are evident as well. A good refreshing drink that is what I consider to be a high end Blue Moon beer. A great summertime drink.
