COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We believe in Karma. We suspect most of you do, too. It truly is a global concept. Very simply put, "you get what you give." Inspired by this principle and the wonderful farmhouse and pale ales of Belgium, we've created Karma Ale, a decidedly fruity and estery ale, intricate in body and nose, all driven by a unique Belgian yeast strain. Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

Hazy medium amber color with thick foamy beige head and lots of lacing. Yeasty aroma with hints of orange; reminiscent of a Belgian White. Wheat taste is clearly evident with enough hops to balance it out nicely. Creamy mouthfeel with a tang of carbonation. Overall a very nice ale.

12 oz. A: Pours a deep amber with a white foamy head. S: Apples and pears with a light malt finish. T: Very fruity, but only the pear actually comes through with some other sweet fruit, perhaps pineapple? M: Very light body and good carbonation.

The immigrates from the 12-ounce brown bottle a crystal clear deep copper color with a portly semi-creamy head that is light tan in color. Nose has nice malt sweetness, fruity with hints of caramel and hay, fresh and clean, with the start slightly sweet and the grain profile pleasant, top is middling in feel. Finish is moderately carbonated and the hop delectable in their spiciness, very dry aftertaste that lingers long on the palate, a nice drinking beer and one I could enjoy often.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2010 Nice and clear amber hue with gold highlights. Tingly, creamy mouthfeel. Yeasty and doughy; hints of lightly sweetened multi-grain crackers. Wholesome and estery, with notes of cooked plantain. Curiously salty, spicy and herbal. Mild bitterness and a pinch of alcohol. Interesting beer. I think it would pair well with Indian food.

Pours a slightly hazy orange with a nice head and good lacing. Aroma is very malty, some fruit, mildly citric. Flavor is sweet malts, fruit (something of a cherry quality), wood notes a a dry, bitter, grassy finish. Palate is adequate. A nice summer session beer!

Brilliant gold body, slightly sticky cream head. Aroma is sweetly malty, slightly grassy. Smooth maltiness, good balance. Nothing that stands out here, but it’s flawless. A good quaffer.

Doesn’t really taste much like a Belgian Ale, more like an American Pale, but I think that helps its cause. Pours dark orange small head. Smells of sweet malts and lots of hops. Flavor is that of a sweeter pale ale. Very enjoyable ale.

Tap at Pony Bar. Pours dark cherry red. Aroma has yeast and pepper up front with notes of caramel, dark malt, and cherry. Flavor has a surprising tanginess to it; cherry tang with yeast. Some gum notes but not sugary. Lip smackingly tangy. Very enjoyable; I seem to like this a lot more than others.

(12oz. bottle) Pours an orange color with chunky white head. Aroma of citrus and some dried fruit. Yeastiness is present with a distinct apricot flavor. Its not a fruit beer, but it seems like it and I mean that in a good way. This was a totally unexpected beer.

A good light and easily drinkable Belgian pale. Modestly estery with some fruit sweetness accompanying a light floral spice note. A recommendation for people not all that into beer but willing to take the dive.
