While you easily detect the passion fruit the base Witbier is also prevalent. Nice sublime spicy and husky notes. Twangy and refreshing. I likey

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a fall Thursday evening watching football. Appearance is a cloudy gold, looks like fruit juice, with a very thin white head. Aroma is like fruit juice, light sweet. Taste is definitely tart but also moderately carbonated, tastes juice like, but pretty good stuff.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a wizened glass. Bright cloudy golden with small white head. Aroma is passion fruit, medium body, medium carbonation, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is rich tart passion fruit. Great wit.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours cloudy golden straw color with a medium sized white head. Aroma of passion fruit, mandarin orange, and wit is underneath. Taste is very juice like from the passion fruit, the spices from the wit kick on shortly after then finishes sweet and juicy with just a little tartness. Nice refreshing brew, would love to see a soured version of this.

12oz can thanks to pineypower!! Poured a rather ugly milky light straw yellow with a large foamy bright white head. Aroma is very fruity, guava and pineapple juice, ocean water, bad citrus and light malts. Flavor is juicy guava, pineapple, bubblegum, hint of crackers, light dry sugars. Body is medium, with softer carbonation lingering sweet aftertaste.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Ellyn’s Tap & Grill in Glen Ellyn, IL., and dispensed to a tulip displaying a cloudy, just past straw color to orangey gold, with a fluffy head of soft white foam that gradually reduced to a persistent ring & film, and wavy cling to the lacing. The nose was expressive mandarin orange, passion fruit, and tropical scents, spiced with subtle coriander. Medium bodied, with decent carbonation to propel the flavor, which was a juicy extension of the aroma, with added, grapefruity tartness. Very flavorful.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can from Julio’s. Cloudy beigish with head and lace. Sweet plummy passionfruit aroma with wheaty tang and mild spice. Very sweet passionfruit the lingers forever down the throat joined by mild orange spicy coriander in the finish. Medium light with fine carbo. Pretty gross. I guess I don’t like passionfruit especially when it seems to go on forever. Blech.

From the can. Tropical fruit aromas. Pours hazy amber into a shaker, no head whatsoever. Sweet with mango, pineapple and passionfruit. Mild, tart finish. Hoped for more...

2.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy golden yellow with a pure white head. Stinks like noni fruit. Taste is more tropical like passionfruit. Tasrtness develops on the backend. The aftertaste is tart and powdery. It doesn’t really lave either.
