3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from can. Aroma is citrus and other fruit along with wheat. Cloudy yellow orange, no head. Tasting like pineapple, orange, pear, peach (fuzzy navel notes), lemon, dry wheat. I feel like this should have a paper umbrella on top. Pretty good beer, just too much fruit for me.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours hazy opaque straw-golden into the glass, with chunky floaties throughout and a wispy soap head that leaves light lacing. The nose is wonderfully tropical, of citrusy oranges, pineapples and passionfruit. Flavors are spot-on for the nose, extremely tropical and fruity, with the spices subtly closing the finish... but not dry; still sweet and lightly acidic. Wonderful quaff provided by a medium-light body, juicy mouthfeel and active palate. This goes down superbly during hot summer days... or nights. Avery has hit a home run with this fruity witbier. Outstanding!

Where: Old Line Fine Wine Spirits & Bistro.
How: 12 ounce can.
Appearance: Pours very cloudy orange-yellow. Virtually no head, hence no lacing.
Aroma: This brew smells like a tropical cocktail with pineapple, coconut, and passion fruit overtaking any attempt by malt or hops.
Taste: Tasted of passion fruit, orange, lemon, light banana notes, malt, a bit of mango, pepper, some yeast.
Palate: well-carbonated beer with a somewhat slick finish.
Overall: Easy to drink, very summer like beer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Keg at Yard House, Houston. It pours cloudy bright yellow with a medium, foamy white head. The aroma is sweet and fruity upfront, passion fruit, tinned fruits, then some straw and cracker. The taste is quite sweet, juicy passion fruit, pineapple, something also artificial, candy, then it moves into being more dry, straw, grass and cracker. Finish is dry. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Too sweet for the likes of me, but I can see why others would enjoy this.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
DATE: September 8, 2016... OCCASION: toasting a solid Knights meeting... GLASSWARE: Rare Vos pint... having had this last week, I waited for a hot, muggy night as its backdrop...the beer pours an equally hazy, sallow orange (a mix of Mucilax and a recovery shake) body with no way of ascertaining effervescence... the head is creamy, single-finger white head that settles to a reasonable ring... tart pineapple and passionfruit is mouthwatering, if not puckerish.... comes off as a drink in need of an umbrella... a bright, punchy, puckering first sip, acidic at the throat and lasting in its draw... not much lacing to speak of... this cannot be overstated--the passionfruit is unbelievably full and refreshing, with a refreshing, nearly maltless finish... at 5.4%, slammable yet savorable in its own right.... a monolithic flavor profile that offers small earthy hits of mint, tea, and honey--but passionfruit is the soup du jour...
