My beer buddy and I decided to go to avery for lunch one day and try a few beers. Avery is one of my top 3 favorite Brewers and became my number one after I had the lilikoi kepolo. this beer is so delicious just thinking about it make me drool. The only thing that sadens me about this beer is they donít bottle it, if the did it would be my go to beer.... Over all my favorite Iíd give it a 11 out of 10!

Too bad that this isnít easier to find. This might have become my favorite summer beer. Almost a golden yellow in color, there is a pleasant fruity aroma. Tastes are bold and citrusy. There is a little over 5% alcohol in it, so it goes down easy. The fact that the keg was t

Aroma is of strong passion fruit. Not your standard beer aroma, but amazing none the less! Taste is very passion fruit, with a nice tart finish. Slight sweet, but from the passion fruit and very enjoyable. Really an amazing beer. Super different, but great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Holy shit! Drink this now. Draft at rattle with Brendan and streets. Pours bright hazy orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is gushing tropical fruits - oranges, peaches, grapefruit, and pineapple. Mouthfeel is extremely refreshing notes of fruit. Some dry tart notes. Unbelievable combination of citrus and tropic fruits. Is this Hi-C?

On tap at Flying Saucer BeerFeast. Pours a cloudy yellow with a smal frothy white head leaving spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is passion fruit and floral. Thin mouthfeel with a strong passionfruit flavor and citrus. So smooth and crisp finish. Easy to drink, wow really enjoyed this one.

Draft at the tasting room. Pours a very cloudy and completely opaque pale golden yellow color with hints of golden straw when held to a light. Looks like a Berlinerweisse with a one finger frothy white head that slowly settles into lasting ring. Chunks of lacing left behind. Slightly earthy, spicy aroma with a bunch of citrus fruit, bready yeast and banana notes. Peppery with lemon zest and coriander/clove as well as a ton of citrus. Lots of lemon peel and the passion fruit really stands out. Medium bodied and fuller than expected with a decent amount of dry spice up front that lingers over the bready yeast, banana and promient citrus into a slight dry finish. Lots of bready yeast and banana complimenting the strong lemon and passion fruit. This balances the spicy dryness resulting in a complex and very refreshing quaffable beer.

Pouring at BBF in Boston. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Huge passion fruit on the nose. Bright acid, touches of wood. Big fruit and a bit of acid. So pretty, long tangy passion fruit. Lovely. Went back for this multiple times.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2013 On tap @ Avery. Hazy golden straw with a white head. Bright tropical fruit aroma. Tart passion fruit, starfruit, and a hint of pineapple. Lemon zest, orange, and yeast. Mild spice. Flavor has a really intense, juicy, tart passion fruit character. Tons of tropical fruit, lemon zest, and grapefruit rind.

Tap at FWIBF. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is tropical fruit aka passion fruit through and through. Wow. Awesome aroma on a slightly hot day. Taste is not at all beer like with a lot of passion fruit coming through. Slightly meaty fruit flesh taste. Some lemon and slight hop presence. A very nice summer fruit beer. Can it!

Very cloudy lemon yellow with sticky white lacing. Fresh citrus & passionfruit on the nose. Palate is medium-bodied, crisp & fresh passionfruit, guava & grapefruit. No sweetness here, just fresh fruit on an even palate with a lingering finish. A. Really, really good fruit beer.
