poured on tap at Avery. Pours a very dark black with tan head. Large amount of lacing is present. Very full body. Alcohol content is noticeable. Light taste of peanuts, but not close to being over the top.

on tap at Avery. dark brown pour with reddish hues - small off white head. nice imperial stout with lingering peanut aromas and flavor. The peanuts don’t dominate but are present. chocolate, roast, light coffee are also present. smooth medium body throughout. nice finish with more classic imperial stout flavors.

Pour on tap at the brewery, dark brownish black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of roast, dark cocoa, slight booze, earth, hints of coffee, very slight hint of a nutty note but probably ony because I was looking for it. Taste was a mix of dark fruit, cocoa, roast, and coffee, slight caramel, toffee like notes, hints of spice, finishing with a hint of a nut.

On tap at Avery poured a clear dark reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, peanuts, vanilla and light roastiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of dark chocolate, roasted malt, light vanilla and light peanut with a smooth lingering chocolate finish.

Tap at Avery. Pours black with tan head, settles quickly with thin lacing. Aroma is dark, roasted malt, chocolate, caramelized sugar, strong fruity, date and plum, fairly sweet. Flavor is chocolate, roasted malt, raw peanuts with a chocolate and dark, roasted finish. Might be good after some barrel aging. Soft carbonation, smooth texture, medium to full body. A tasty dessert beer.

Tap at brewery. Pours deep, dark brown with fizzy tan head. Aroma is peanuts, chocolate malts, vanilla, earthy notes, and light plums. Flavor is roasted malts, earthy notes, chocolate, some dark fruit esters, peanuts, and some alcohol spice; dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Draft at the brewery. Pours very dark brown with a very thin, fizzy beige head. Tastes very sweet, like chocolate, brown sugar, syrup, and some booze. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like malt, cocoa, caramel, and syrup.

Tapped at Avery pours a dark brown with a tan head. The aroma is of peanuts. The taste is malty with a lot of peanut in the finish. I feel like I just ate a peanut butter cookie.
