COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our winter strong ale has a gorgeous mahogany hue, a hint of hazelnuts, and a finish reminiscent of mocha and toffee. No spices, just a perfect blend of five specialty malts. Cellarable for 2 years.

The flavor is very sweet and very powerful with notes of fruits, both fresh and over ripe, as well as chocolate, nuts, caramel, prunes, alcohol, coffee, and roasted malt. The end is sweet with a slight bitterness
