Nice dark reddish color. Aroma if fruity and nutty. Mostly sweet malt. Dark fruits, toffee, nuts make up the flavor profile. Perhaps some peppery hops in the finish with a good amount of noticeable alcohol for the percentage. Decent stuff.

Jun 24, 2008 Pours a great head, the colour of the beer is dark red. The aroma is malty, with hops and roasted barley. Flavor is very good with roasted barley and hops.

May 30, 2008 From the bottle. Pours a beautiful rich ruby brown with a lovely tan head. Aromas of currants and raisins. Nice malty sweetness in the flavor profile with chocolatey, toffee and nutty characteristics. Nice dry finish with a bit of warming alcohol, great example.
