Commercial Description:
This big, roasty stout takes flavor to the extreme. We aren't afraid to use plenty of rich roasted barley and a mountain of hops to give this full-bodied stout that little extra something you've been looking for in a beer.

12ozBottle. Pours a very dark opaque black color. Aroma is very roasted coffee with a light tan color to the head. Has a dry and medium bodied beer with a strong roasted coffee or malt flavor throughout. Has a bitter taste that is very pronounce. Good beer overall.

(02.04.06) 12 oz brown bottle purchased from Brickskeller, Washington, DC. Blacked hued stout having a small off-white head. No discernable carbonation. Roasted malt aroma. Medium bodied that starts dry with pronounced burnt malt flavor. Finishes dry with lingering bitterness and burnt malt flavor. Though thin textured and rather mono-dimensional in flavor, this is a decent drinkable dry stout that went well with Brickskeller’s pizza.

Pitch black appearance with a large beige head. A roasted coffee and licorice aroma. A rather full body with some bitter chocolate, coffee, and raisins appearing in the flavor. Wow this one is quite bitter. Steer a guinness lover in this direction there will be no looking back.

Black or very dark brown with tiny head. Pleasant aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, and quite a bit of hops. Flavour dominated by dry roasted malts and finished with a quite sharp bitterness

12oz - Aroma is toasted chocolate malt, coffee, and hops. Pours black with small head and good lacing. Flavor matches aroma. Palate is smooth and tart but a little thin. A good session stout.
