On tap @ Avery. Very dark brown with nice ruby highlights under a beige foamy head. Amazing aroma of freshly roasted coffee, light chocolaty tones with a subtle but present leafy, almost piney hops--but is predominately roasted coffee. What a great smell. Taste is just as pleasant. Nice leafy dry hoppiness with a faint citrus kick. Backed up with delightful chocolate coffee malts. Medium-full body. Actually kinda balanced like a very malty Black IPA. more sweet than bitter, delightful to drink and pleasantly hopped.

On tap at Averys - told it was a variation on Out of Bounds stout with coffee and then triple dry hopped. Pours a deep rich brown with a nice aroma of cocoa and dark malts. Hops are up front but a nice malty beverage with a good deal of caramel and chocolate flavors. Some coffee bitterness finishes out the palate. Nicely carbed Enjoyable..

Pours dark brown almost black on tap at Avery, described as out of bounds stout with coffee and dry hopped. Aroma has big notes of pine and grass, some nice roasted malt with toffee and coffee notes, some slight chocolate, dark fruit in there as well. Taste is nice and smooth, carbed well, with nice pine, slight citrus, more notes of roast, espresso bean, touch of dark fruit and chocolate, finishing nice and dry. Tasty stuff!

Tap @ brewpub. Dark brown appearance with a tan head. Bitter piney hoppy, chocolate, mild espresso aroma. Really a nice balance of flavors between the bitter, piney hoppiness and the sweet cocoa, coffee malts.
