Commercial Description:
Some beer lovers enjoy a rich, malty brew, while others go more for hoppy beers. Our brewmaster likes both - as evidenced by this rich and caramelly amber ale with the distinct flavor and bouquet of Cascade hops. Reaching the perfect balance of crystal malt sweetness and hop bitterness took plenty of time and effort, making Redpoint the perfect beer for toasting your most recent success.

Dark copper, off white creamy head. Toasted caramel and grainy cereal aromas warm to light notes of pineapple iced tea. Fruity tea notes and earthy caramel flavors round with a soft hop finish. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, soft bittersweet finish. Easy drinking and probably a good cross-over brew for your swill drinking friends...

Pours a dark orange/brown with a small head. really one of the nicer looking ales I have seen. A nice sweet malty back round. Very smooth on the palate with a slight sweetness. I am not a huge Ale fan unless they are really good and this one is right up there. Avery does not disappoint.

I’m not always an amber fan, mostly because it’s one of those "styles" that can mean whatever some wants it to mean. That said, this is a really drinkable beer (regardless of whatever style it fits). Sweet aroma, big malty body, good hop follow through. Avery hits it again.

Deep amber in appearance. This is a very solid beer with a good mouthfeel. There is a good balance between the hops and malt, with both having there own notable appearance.

Red-Amber. Medium, foamy head with plenty of lacing. Aroma: Sweet hops, caramel. Flavor: Caramel, bread followed by piney hops. Dry finish.
