COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The success of HOG HEAVEN and THE REVEREND clearly demonstrates that beer drinkers are willing to embrace "BIGGER" beers. In the fall of 2001, we decided that a lighter BIG BEER would complement its darker colored predecessors. Salvation has luscious apricot and peach aromas delicately interwoven with spicy suggestions of nutmeg and cinnamon. This heavenly soft, champagne-like elixir is cellarable for 3 years.

This beer pours a golden amber with no head. on the nose I am getting bread and malt. This beer is very typical of the style of a belgian ale. Not a very bad beer at all... Cheers!

Pours hazy medium orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is complex, malty; cookies, hoppy: pine and oranges, Yeasty: bubblegum. Flavor is close to perfectly balanced with an average duration finish. Light to medium bodied, a bit oily and lively carbonated. Excelent!

Warm amber with a small head. The aroma has notes of hops, spice (coriander and more) and fruit. The flavour is fruity with notes of peach, a bit of apple, coriander, candy sugar, caramel and the finish has a nice bitterness, more than the Belgian ones, but just right for me. A nice one - seems to be words at the end of all my Avery ratings :)

Big bottle poured golden honey color with sustained white head. Sudsy and almost oily. Syrupy aroma of bananas and cardamom. Complexities that I can’t place. The flavor is sweet and spicy with mild bitters. The mouthfeel is soft carbonation with medium body. Very good. When I get my hands on another one I’ll age it a while.

Nice amber color but very minimal head. Nice carbonation. Fairly hoppy and sweet. Nice flavorful aftertaste. A worthwhile beer.

A strong beer. Very subtle fruity notes but nothing too big which I like. The alcohol and hoppiness makes this belgian ale a little different. Much smoother, not as carbonated makes it more drinkable for me. I like it.

Bottle. It was a Christmas gift thanks! Poured a golden color with a 1 finger white head. Has an aroma of bananas, cherry’s, also a hint of nutmeg. The taste is great can taste cherrys, nutmeg. This is a very good beer but I think it would be better aged.

Golden pour with sugary bubblegum aroma. Hints of spice (pepper, cinnamon) and citrus but primarily candy sweetness. The hops kick in towards the end. Good but think that if could be more balanced.
