Commercial Description:
The success of HOG HEAVEN and THE REVEREND clearly demonstrates that beer drinkers are willing to embrace "BIGGER" beers. In the fall of 2001, we decided that a lighter BIG BEER would complement its darker colored predecessors. Salvation has luscious apricot and peach aromas delicately interwoven with spicy suggestions of nutmeg and cinnamon. This heavenly soft, champagne-like elixir is cellarable for 3 years.

Draft at Trappeze. Have had bottled before and was good but on draft was excellent. Crisp taste with hops and spice. Very easy drinking.

Pours a rich gold color witha white head. Aroma is mostly spice and yeast, apricot, banana. Taste is fruity and yeasty, with soft hops in the finish.Mouthfeel is nice, and alcohol is well-hidden. A very enjoyable ale.

apricot colored, see through. 2 inch dense foam top. Mild Belgian yeast, malt and spice aroma. The flavor is tart, bittersweet, yeasty, and mellow alcohol. It tickles the tongue, and goes down easy with a warm feeling.

Nice looking bright orange with foamy head that recedes quickly and leaves some lacing. Aroma of banana, butterscotch, apples, sour and yeasty. Feel is rich, sticky, boozy but in a good way. Tastes of cinammon, alcohol, it is really good.

Golden pour with a white head. Apple nose with some orange peel as well. Cinnamon and other light spices in the taste as well as some light fruits. Slightly bitter finish.
