COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The success of HOG HEAVEN and THE REVEREND clearly demonstrates that beer drinkers are willing to embrace "BIGGER" beers. In the fall of 2001, we decided that a lighter BIG BEER would complement its darker colored predecessors. Salvation has luscious apricot and peach aromas delicately interwoven with spicy suggestions of nutmeg and cinnamon. This heavenly soft, champagne-like elixir is cellarable for 3 years.

Rich golden orange body with a fading white head. Essence of flowers, fruit, honey. Complex blend of fruit and spice in the taste. Good stuff.

Bottle, from Julio’s. Good nose, spicy fruity. Clove, honey, banana, little wheaty. Tad hazy golden orange color. Small head that faded quickly. Sweet bitter flavors, clove, peach/apricot, banana, little tinny. Thicker bodied, lite creamy mouthfeel, Bitter dry finish. Nice beer, not my first choise in styles, easy going down. ABV hidden well.

Flaske: Orange uklar, næsten ingen skum. Diskret duft af gær. Mangler karbonering. Fin krydret smag men ville være langt bedre med bare en anelse karbonering. Må være blevet opbevaret skidt, men stadig en god øl.

Pours a pretty light amber with a very thin , fast-fading head. Scent is of caramel malts and ripe fruits. Taste is a dry sweetness with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Bottle. Poured a reddish amber color. White head fades quickly. LIttle lacing. Aroma is fruity, malty sweet. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel. A touch of spices are present, malt predominates in this beer. Sweet sugary notes in the beginning and middle, some mild hop tastes are towards the finish.

No head. Golden color. Aroma is AWESOME. Candy, malt and sugar. Some floral, estery notes too. Very smooth mouthfeel. Nice ripe belgian taste. Alcohol could be much more well masked though, it does detract from the flavor a little bit.

apricot colored, see through. 2 inch dense foam top. Mild Belgian yeast, malt and spice aroma. The flavor is tart, bittersweet, yeasty, and mellow alcohol. It tickles the tongue, and goes down easy with a warm feeling.

Hazy gold pour from the tap at CK for the Avery tap takeover. This beer has a really awesome dough presence: fresh wheat dough, angelfood cake dough, and fruity dough all abound. Sweet caramel and light nectar fruits intermingle to create a super easy going beer considering the abv. Medium body with creamy-soft carbonation.
