COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The success of HOG HEAVEN and THE REVEREND clearly demonstrates that beer drinkers are willing to embrace "BIGGER" beers. In the fall of 2001, we decided that a lighter BIG BEER would complement its darker colored predecessors. Salvation has luscious apricot and peach aromas delicately interwoven with spicy suggestions of nutmeg and cinnamon. This heavenly soft, champagne-like elixir is cellarable for 3 years.

650 mL bottle. Hazy golden yellow with small foamy white head. Fruity aroma with notes of spice. Taste of tropical fruit, honey, and candy sweetness with a clean finish.

22oz bottle, Chicago. Bright, rich golden body with foamy white head. Heavy and smooth, crisp and very tasty. Yeast isn’t over the top, they’re definitely not trying too hard. One of the better American Belgian-style beers. Carbonation could be more defined, but sweetness is right on. Tasty.

Hazy gold pour from the tap at CK for the Avery tap takeover. This beer has a really awesome dough presence: fresh wheat dough, angelfood cake dough, and fruity dough all abound. Sweet caramel and light nectar fruits intermingle to create a super easy going beer considering the abv. Medium body with creamy-soft carbonation.

Fresh, crisp, light and tasty. Simply said, this Belgian Ale is a "refreshing" change from your heavier, more robust ales.

~Pours a beautiful see through hazy orange-gold color. Small head quickly diminishes. ~Sweet aroma of light fruits, caramel, and spices. ~A sweet and spicy taste. fruits and alcohol present. ~A light tingly feel from alcohol on tongue. Body is thin and finish is long lasting and sweet. ~This is a good brew. It’s a bit sweet for my taste, but still easy to drink and enjoyable. A good choice for my 200th rating.

Sampled from bottle: pours a vibrant, translucent golden-orange colour with a small white head. Lacing left behind is scattered, but noticeable. Based on my stuffed up nose, the aroma is of bananna, honey and ripe mangoe. Taste is sweet, bubbly with plenty of tropical fruits. Pineapple and lime. Finishes very nicely.

Definitely one of the better beers from Avery. I really enjoy the yeastiness that blends in so well with the lighter fruits flavors, this has a wonderful mouthfeel, with just enough carbonation. Almost has a marmalade, jamminess with a bit of spritz in the finish, well balanced, and delicious.

22oz. Bottle: Sweet aroma is very complex. Notes of fruit, blueberry, bubblegum, peach, yeast, and nutmeg. Poured golden in color with a big, creamy, off-white/light yellow head that lasted throughout. Very good lacing. Clear and lightly sparkling. Flavor is heavily sweet and lightly sour but not bitter. Tastes heavily of nutmeg and cinnamon. Also hints of coriander and tart cherry. Medium to full body. Flat to soft carbonation. Finish is long and tart/sour. Finish almost makes you pucker your lips. Overall, interesting. I liked it better than I thought I might
