The Kaiser once said, "Give me a woman who loves beer and I will conquer the world." If the Kaiser and his significant other had tipped this bottle, we'd all be "sprechenden Deutsch!" We took all that is good in a traditional Oktoberfest - gorgeous, deep copper sheen, massive malty backbone and spicy, floral, pungent noble hops - then intensified each into this, an Imperial Oktoberfest.

This is nothing like any ocktoberfest I’ve ever had. It pours out visible viscous with slow-rising carbonation and a slow forming dense off-white head with thick lacing. The aroma is dominantly honey, dried fruit and super sweet grain. The flavour is sweet honey, apples, fragrant hops, and a sweet, syrupy malt backbone that is slighlty vinous. Hardly any booze overrides the sweetness. It has a thick, syrupy texture with perfect canbonation and has a long, fruity and alcoholic finish.

This beer pours a clear amber color with a moderate head that fades rather quick, also there is no laceing along the sides of the glass. The aroma has somelactate notes almost like rancid milk and there is also some hints of honey. As you drink it this beer is unlike any other oktoberfest, it is much sweeter with a strong apple like flavor which is very pleasing. It also has a tart honey flavor on the sides of your mouth on the palate. The palate duration is kind of short but is full of apple and other light fruits.

Dark amber/orange color. about a fingers worth of head. Aroma is quite sweet, i’m picking up apples, bubblegum, and sweet grains. Aroma is quite malty sweet, with a touch of alcohol for good measure. Its very sweet, but not cloying. Overall a nice beer, but a little too much. More of a sipper than a good quenching lager. But still VERY good.

Orange-amber pour, large off-white head, aroma is grainy sweet and hoppy, Caramel notes of grain, floral earthy hops, medium body with a nice spicy finish. A concept beer that lives up to it’s goal; a big marzen. Nicely done.

Aroma is strong and malty with fruity hints, mainly apple. Flavor is rich and mouth filling, very malty with hints of spice and apple and just a whisper of sweetness. It goes down with just a touch of hop bitterness. Very satisfying. Prosit!
