elektronikfagteknikerlærling (892), kbh, Denmark Jul 4, 2007 bottle. it has a golden color with a small head. it is very sweet and malty. there is some hops and grain in it as well. radiomgb (1921), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada Jul 1, 2007 Very deep copper in colour, long lasting medium sized off-white coloured head, good lacing. The aroma is bready, some caramel, surprising amounts of hops, toasty, some yeast. The flavour is quite hoppy, very dry and bitter, some alcohol, floral, grassy, some caramel and slight roast. Very bitter mouthfell, medium body, high carbonation. Finishes long, hoppy, noticable alcohol heat. Not sure how this is an Oktoberfest. Leave it to Avery to do something over-the-top again. At least this is drinkable and shows signs of having some balance.
