As you can imagine with a IIPA, very hoppy aroma, pine, flowers, lemons, orange but also some juniper. Flavor is more mellow then I would have thought, medium bodied, malty with citrus but also a heavy caramel taste. Oily and slightly thick on the tongue and in the mouth with long lasting bitterness. mabel (2626), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Slightly hazy, amber orange body with a light pink off-white head. Nice bitter orange hops flavour with a nice long aftertaste. Medium body. Lovely beverage.

Copper coloures with nice clarity. Fluffy white head tops this delight off. Smell is second only to Masal Mama or Furious- pure hop bliss. Taste is a prickly piney tropical fruit hop shake. The malt tends towards the sweet side, but not enough to distract. just a goddamn tasty beer. Booze levels are not distinguishable- very drinkable and dangerous given the strength. Carbonation is spot on as well. Not much bad to say about this dipa. Would be a staple if I could get my hands on it. Best avery beer I’ve had. msante79 (860), Orland Hills, Illinois, USA

Smells hops, citris and pine. Taste of hops, citrus, a little pine and can really taste the alcohal. It has a some spice to it. I liked it a lot better the second time a had this.
Re-rate: Great stuff extreamy good balance for a great IIPA. Not as big Dreadnaught but has better balance. Great stuff. Skeegle (503), Maryland, USA

Excellent all around, from start to finish. Very bitter, mildly brutal, extremely hoppy. Very smooth and well balanced, just an easy drinking beer. I loved it. rmussman (920), California, USA

Hoppiness was all over this beer, in the scent and in the taste. A very very nice brew. malrubius (1004), Valley Stream, New York, USA

Clear pale copper with lasting head (all the way down) and lace. Grapefruit juice and fresh hop aroma. Peach grapefruit and honey sweetness. Bracing hop bitterness, citrus tang and fresh hop flavor. Fairly dry. Medium-full body medium carbo. Scarily quaffable for such a strong beer. Alcohol well-hidden even when warmed up. Very excellent. obguthr (1083), Poquoson, Virginia, USA
