| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 8, 2010 Bottle. Dark straw hue cloudy with yeast sediment, thin dissipating layer of white head, modest lacing. Nose is wheat and citrus and spices mostly. Flavor is surprisingly grainy/malty up front with wheat in the background, orange zest perks up in the middle with complimentary spices, mild hop bitterness to balance, finishes slightly sweet. Light-medium body, mild carbonation, watery texture. A witbier that is slightly more complex than needed, the malt presence is a bit high here, good spice/citrus presence, a nice easy drinking belgian. LtDan (596), Los Angeles County, California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 5, 2010 Appearance: Pours a cloudy pastel yellow with a sudsy white head.
Aroma: Banana and bubble gum wheaty goodness.
Taste: Big time breadiness, a little banana and light spice in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Full and fizzy.
Overall: Not a bad beer at all. Quite enjoyable and packed more flavor than most wits I’ve tried. phaleslu (696), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 1, 2010 Draft sample at Cincy Beerfest. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small but frothy white head. Aroma of lemon citrus, spice, yeast, wheat, and clove. Flavor of wheat, bread, lemon citrus, pepper, clove, and yeast. Medium-bodied with active carbonation for the style and a mouthfeel that is crisp and not as bready as a lot of other wits. The lemon, pepper, and carbonation combine to add a good bite. This one is a little underrated on here, as it’s a pretty good example of the style. GJF (528), Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 16, 2010 (12 ounce bottle - pint glass) Cloudy yellow color with a tall white head. Aroma is wheat malt and yeasty. Taste has grain and mostly wheat malt which paired with a bannana clove yeast componet. Has notes of corriander, lemon and orange. Thin texture, average almost lively carbonation and is thirst quenching. I think this would make a good summer beer. rader58 (223), Leawood, Kansas, USA
