COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that’s yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Draft. Pours a light hazy light golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet, floral, yeasty, and mildly malty. Taste is sweet, with mild clove spice and yeast notes. Light in body with a lingering spice. Solid wheat beer.

Can from 16 Tons, Eugene. Pours a slightly cloudy golden color, lots of white head. Corinader forward in aroma, some yeast but just barely. Body is lively, finish is sweet, lots of orange. Not as "true to style" as I might prefer, but tasty nevertheless.

Draft at the Yard House in Boca Raton, FL. Pours a light yellow with unfiltered haze. Thick white head in my Wit Beer glass. Aroma of citrus fruits like lemon and oranges. Yeasty aroma as well. The taste was full of flavor like lemons, oranges, coriander, and slight yeasty funk. Mouth was carbonated and slightly dry. But very refreshing.

Pours yellow from the draft at Stagshead. Nose of citrus and light yellow. Tastes of lemon, orange peel, coriander, leaves, vanilla, yeast, and hay. Light and crisp would be nice for breakfast on the high seas

Heavy orange and coriander aroma. Pissy yellow color, moderate effervescence. Severe tart citrus sweetness, like trying to eat a lemon wedge. Lightweight smooth body, could stand to be dryer. Your all around average wit. Creepy character on the label.

On tap 5 oz. sampler at The V in Ashburn, VA. Hazy, pastel yellow with a fine, off-white head and excellent lacing. Slightly metallic aroma of clove, banana, yeast and wheat. Taste of clove, yeast, wheat, mild lemon and a hint of banana. Light/medium body and high/medium carbonization yields a light but refreshing mouthfeel. Overall, a decent, but timid, wit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft to taster. Looks good for the style; a slightly hazy lemonish-gold with white lacing and lively carbonation. Smells yeasty and doughy with light spice and citrus notes. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Alright for the style.
